No. We welcome both insured and uninsured patients. For those without insurance, we offer clear and affordable cash-pay pricing or enrollment into our DPC program, which is entirely optional.
Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients of all ages over 2 years old. Call us to schedule an appointment, plan to arrive a bit early to fill out some paperwork.
We recommend scheduling in advance, but we do our best to accommodate same-day needs whenever possible.
Please bring a photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), a list of medications, and any recent medical records you may have.
We accept cash and credit card payments and kindly request balances be paid at the time of visit.

Yes, telehealth is available for certain types of visits. Please call to see if your needs can be addressed virtually.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may result in a fee for repeat-offenders.
Our cash-pay rates are designed to be affordable and transparent. The total will be highly dependent upon what services are needed/agreed upon the day of your visit. An average estimate for a new patient visit plus some in-house lab work with same-day results $150-$200. An established patient visit is about $90- $120(for visit + lab/testing). Direct Primary Care includes the majority of these services and is $150 per patient per month.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests and will explain the benefits/risks of any and all procedures to ensure you are well-informed of any decisions you make about your medical care. We will never order testing, procedures, or imaging without your prior consent.
