Direct Primary Care

No insurance? No problem!

For a monthly fee, our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership gives you affordable, consistent access to high-quality care—without the hassles of insurance billing or surprise fees. This program is ideal for individuals who value personalized service, same-day access, and a true relationship with their care team. Membership slots are limited, so sign-up today!

Traditional Primary Care

We accept all insurances and have very affordable cash-pay rates for services and lab work. 

Minor procedures and injections 

• Migraine that just won’t go away? We can treat you in house.
• Chronic joint pain from arthritis? Steroid joint injections.
• Chronic muscle pain? We do trigger point injections for stubborn muscle tension.
• Monthly B-12 injections for energy support
• I&D for abscesses
• Minor laceration repair (staple and dermabond)
• Skin lesion removal 
• Skin lesion biopsy
• In-house Asthma/COPD nebulizer treatment
• Trouble with hearing? We can do cerumen removal in-house.
• IV Hydration
• Many of these services are included in our DPC membership

Lab Testing

• We offer a wide range of in-house lab testing for same-day results for those with and without insurance. 
  
  
• All testing will be discussed in detail, along with any costs associated and will be approved by the patient prior to ordering. 
  
  
• Send-out specialty lab testing is available for cash-pay patients, but will accrue additional cost. 

Walk-in Visits

Walk-in visits are always welcome for urgent needs- same day appointments- can do strep test, RSV, Covid, pregnancy, flu A/B, hpylori, urinalysis, and more.

*Walk-in visits are subject to wait times. We will always do our best to have some availability for walk-ins in our schedules.
