Holly Roy

MPAS, PA-C, CEO/Founder ELPC

Holly Roy, MPAS, PA-C is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Eastlake Primary Care, PC. She is a Bedford County, VA native and a graduate from Staunton River High School. Holly completed her undergraduate studies at Bridgewater College and completed her Master’s Degree at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2011. Her residency and course work contributed to a vast experience in family practice, emergency medicine, rural health, and leadership. Holly practiced in outpatient family medicine and urgent care in the Smith Mountain Lake area prior to finding her way to long term care. She started her LTC career with Mid-Atlantic ElderCare, founded by Dr. Bradley Goad, a Smith Mountain Lake Resident and DO Physician/Entrepreneur. Holly also currently serves as the Local Medical Examiner for Bedford County since January of 2021.

Holly worked in long term care with a focus in geriatric medicine starting in early 2014 and later served as Chief Operating Officer of Premier Geriatric Solutions, PLLC, from 2021 to 2024. During her time as COO, she directed the expansive growth of Premier, growing to serve 150 facilities in three states for both primary care and psychiatric medicine. In 2024, Premier merged with a larger LTC organization where Holly served as Vice President of Clinical Operations. Over time, she began to realize, through community connections, that primary care was not only suffering in long term care, but also in her very own small community. Recognizing the dire need for individuals to have access to high-quality and affordable healthcare, Holly set out to start something new and support her community’s needs. This brought Eastlake Primary Care to life and her mission is clear: to make high-quality healthcare affordable and accessible to all, regardless of insurance status, while enhancing quality of life and ensuring medical care is easy to understand.
