We had such a wonderful experience at Eastlake Primary Care for my daughters’ annual visit. From the moment we walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and efficient. The new patient process was completely seamless, which made check in stress free and quick.
The entire staff was genuinely kind and attentive. They were warm with my girls, patient with questions, and made the whole visit feel calm instead of clinical. It is clear they truly care about families and creating a positive experience.
I also really appreciate that they accept insurance and offer a direct primary care option, which gives families flexibility depending on what works best for them. That kind of transparency and choice is refreshing.
Overall, it was smooth, professional, and caring from start to finish. I am so grateful we found a practice that makes routine visits feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Eastlake primary care is a breathe of fresh air in the medical field Holly and the nurses treat you with respect are very knowledgeable, friendly, they don’t mind you asking questions and takes the time to explain my problems and solutions to get healthy again !!! Highly Recommend

I had the privilege of hearing about this facility due to my husband working on their phones. Today my husband had a visit due to him being extremely sick. A call this morning lead to him being about to be seen later this morning. He already knew the ladies but as an outsider coming in they were wonderful with him. Asked several questions about how he felt. Gave us options on test they could give and recommend what they thought we should do. We had full control of the visit while they gave excellent care. All the girls in there were warm and welcoming. Testing took maybe 10 minutes tops and she showed him exactly what his results were without just telling him. This clinic will be a wonderful addition to the area! I can't wait to see her grow!

I visited Eastlake Primary Care, the new doctor near Food Lion in Moneta, and was very happy with their care for my routine physical. They were professional, well informed, helpful, and timely! I highly recommend this practice as a Primary Care physician.
