A new option for family healthcare is coming to the Smith Mountain Lake area. Eastlake Primary Care will begin scheduling patients on December 1, 2025, ahead of its official opening on January 5, 2026.
The locally owned clinic provides full-spectrum primary care, including on-site labs, chronic condition management, DOT physicals, preventive care, and same-day appointments. Eastlake Primary Care accepts most major insurance plans and offers affordable cash-pay options.
